You are at the center of your observable universe.  I am at the center
of mine.  An observer in a galaxy a billion lightyears away is at the
center of hers.  None of these horizons coincide.  You can see galaxies
she can't and vice-versa.  You can see each other's galaxies, though.

All horizons are not black hole event horizons.
