To quote one site: "Xcode menu > Preferences > Downloads > choose "Command line tools" > Click "Install" button:" You should try to find somewhere where MacOS experts hang out. I know next to nothing about Macs or Xcode, but there must be somewhere where you can find people to help with this sort of thing.
