I don't think of it that way, but it depends on your philosophical view of "really just Forth" means. I'd say that 8th, Oforth, and Factor are all Lisp-like languages (dynamic types, complicated objects like strings, garbage collection) with Forth-like syntax. But I haven't used any of them and may have mistaken impressions.
