I had to view the video to verify (0:31). I do not get that home screen 
when long tapping the main display on an empty space. I get a small pop 
up that says (translated from Spanish):

  personalize
  wallpapers
  widgets
  configure display

But "configure display" does take me to that "home settings". Once 
there, I do not have "add media page to home screen" button. I only have 
two buttons, not four.

That said, I do not want to disable the thing because I like to waste my 
time there.
