You are jumping away from your claim:
Apple builds the GUI directly into the OS kernel...
You were in error. We all make mistakes. Why not just admit it?

"XNU" stands for "X is Not Unix"—which is ironic considering macOS is an
officially certified UNIX 03 operating system, directly refuting its own
acronym.
For your education:
* macOS runs on a certified UNIX single-UNIX-specification core.
* Apple does not bake the GUI into the kernel.
* macOS uses a microkernel-hybrid design where graphics rendering runs in user
space
(via WindowServer/Quartz Compositor), not Ring 0.
* Stick to posting on OS history you actually understand, or, when you make
mistakes
(as we all do) admit it, thank folks for educating you, and move on.
