No, it is mathematically impossible to have a left-shift parasitic
number with a multiplier of 4 in the base-10 number system.
Why is it called parasitic?
The name "parasitic number" is a piece of colorful recreational

Clifford A. Pickover in his 2000 book, Wonders of Numbers.
Other names:
Dyson Numbers: Named after physicist Freeman Dyson, who famously
posed finding these numbers as a challenge puzzle to the public.
Cyclic Shift Invariants: The formal algebraic term used by
mathematicians, as the number undergoes a strict "right circular shift"
during multiplication.
