we put apache's open office on all boxes (windaz as well as linux), ok so
it doesnt have "publisher" but seriously, its 21st century and even M$
doesnt support it last I heard

-AOO because I've used it since forever, waaaaayyy back when it was the
original sun's star office, it's suited my needs perfectly and the
businesses since, so they dont make releases every 3 months, only when
they need to, IMHO *that* is a good thing, shows maturity.

-Libreoffice, did look at it twice some years apart, despite its core
code is actually open office, they made it bloatware, it ran slower than
M$ office and way slower than AOO, NFI how they butchered it that badly,
so we stick to what we know.
