So does gcc:
C:\c>type c.c
#include <stdio.h>
int main(void) {printf("%zu",sizeof(int));}
C:\c>gcc c.c
C:\c>a
zu
C:\c>gcc --version
gcc (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project) 8.1.0

Relying on a gimmick such as "%zu" just to print a number is what is
hopelessly outdated.
