California is run by The Unions (Mafia inc.) It is the Unions that *run* California. California allows Unions to collect and return an 'unlimited' number of ballots on voters' behalf. unlimited: 'something without boundaries'. 'lacking any controls' 'infinite'. It's called..."ballot harvesting". The result... LARGE DUMPS OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS THAT SUPPORT THE UNIONS PARTICULAR CANIDATE. Voter Id? ask you Gym teacher for one. Homeless people without a home address? Use the union's address. County election officals are not required to check if a voter is a person, or a dog. If you give 'insects' the right to vote...
