The answer was: On the C4 computer...Click the Network icon on the Taskbar, then the actual Name of the connection. This opens the Settings-Ethernet page. Click the Name of the Network, which opens the "Network profile page". For some reason, the C4 Network profile page was set to "Public" while the other three computers Network profiles are "Private". Changing the setting to "Private" and all the other computers can now see Computer 4. Thanks Dave
