so you flunked meteorology, because you could not understand Latent 
Heat, and the rest of it.

McGinn is right.  There is no latent heat in water.  A good example of latent heat is gasoline.  The heat is released during combustion.  Until then it is latent.

Water only contains sensible heat.  And it can store a lot of it since water has such a high heat capacity.  But there is no latent heat associated with H2O in the atmosphere.  And no such heat signature has ever been detected.

Meteorologists have extremely low scientific standard.  They literally borrow terminology from other sciences for dramatic effect.  

Sergio is an idiot who barely understands any of this stuff.
