I did not make a grey planet look red...neither did I change the hue...

I simply "enhanced', intensify the colors that is 'already' there...


If you look at the lastest photo of Mercury

Anyone can simply increase the saturation of this photo 3x and they will only get one color...RED.

This is called...experiment and observation using the 'scientific method' which is repeatable and reproducible.
