If you're a 60 year old woman, and you told your doctor that you had to lose 35 lbs for a part in a movie, he would say... "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME, THAT'S MURDER!!!!" The doctor would say, "Do you have any idea what that will do to your heart?"
