Sorry - that was bad wording on my part. I don't mean that the
reservation applies only to type names. I mean that when POSIX uses
identifiers of that type, it uses them exclusively as type names. I've
heard it claimed that there is such a rule, and every example I can
think of fits that rule, but I haven't located the actual text of that rule.
