Parts 6 and 7 of the Foreward to N1570.pdf list the changes made from
previous versions of the standard. Almost all them had some effect on
section 6, and I've listed those changes below. I've also identified the
new keywords, since (particularly if you're restricting your attention
to section 6) several of the key changes are more easily identified by
those keywords than by the description in the Foreward.

The following changes were made in C2011:
