The values are *references to* objects instead.  You are probably aware
of that; however, it is important to emphasize because it means that 
*different* properties and variables can refer to the *same* object, and 
that objects do not *contain* other objects in these languages.  IOW, 
“objects have identity, not name”.

Why are you reading and replying to postings from trollishly anonymous 
Google Groupers?
