The post that I am replying to was apparently made by this person:

Who is an elected official (Supervisor) with the township of Hubbard
Wisconsin.

Supporting evidence for this is that the post in question (partially
reproduced below) originated from IP Address 66.44.160.100 which is part
of an IP-allocation used by Indianhead Telecom - a company which serves
various areas in Wisconsin.

Gary, why did you post a reply in the usenet newsgroup
"comp.os.msdos.programmer" on Monday Sept. 17 which was in reply to a
spam-advertisement for illegal porn which itself was posted almost 3
years ago in the same newsgroup?

Ordinarily, I would include a copy of the message but in this case it
would probably be detected by your spam filter and blocked, hence you
would never see this e-mail from me.

I am also copying this to clyon @ lyonsdenllc.com (Cliff Lyon - your
elected Chairman of Hubbard) so he is aware of this incident.

I am an anonymous reader of the comp.os.msdos.programmer newsgroup, and
the e-mail address I'm using is bogus (non-functional) so you won't be
able to respond to it.  If you (or Mr. Lyon) wish to explore this
incident further or if you have any questions, by all means do not
hesitate to post them in public to this same usenet newsgroup
(comp.os.msdos.programmer).
