No.  In fact that sounds perfectly ridiculous.  I can't imagine what 
you must have misread that brought you to such a plainly crazy 
conclusion.  

IMO, electrostatic forces explain why heavier cluster/droplets of 
liquid H2O get pulled up into the atmosphere. There is no evidence 
that it (evaporation) being gaseous.  In fact that notion is strictly 
disputed by all known laboratory evidence.  

Can you explain why you believe such a plainly crazy notion?
