I presume that “ToR” is supposed to mean “theory of relativity”; if so,
I do not think that anybody uses that acronym outside of this newsgroup:
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor> (disambiguation page)
It should not be used because there are *two* theories of relativity:
special relativity (SR) and general relativity (GR).

Tom Roberts just explained it.
It really is very simple:
Events are simultaneous if their temporal (time) coordinates are equal.
Whether those are equal, whether the events are simultaneous, depends on
the frame of reference:
t t'
: : _.- x'
: : _.-'
: : _.'
: : _.-'
t(e₁) + -:- - -_.+-' - - - - -.+'- t (e₁) = t (e₂) simultaneous
: : _.-' e₁ .-' e₂ t'(e₁) > t'(e₂) not simultaneous
::.-' .-'
t'(e₁) +--------------------------> x
:: .-'
: : .-'
: :-' __
t'(e₂) :-' : |PE

You do not know English. And physics. And…

Q: What happens when electrons lose their energy?
A: They get Bohr'ed.
