the real size of the Earth is:
r_measured_locally * (1 + 1e-8) = 6370 km * (1+1e-8)
...

hence the Earth radius is bigger about:
6370km * 1e-8 = 0.0637 m =~ 6.4 cm - than You believe

three fingers.. or even four - full hand!!!

(excluding selfgravity of the earth,
which produces additional several mm... almost 5mm).
