nope. the cloud services can all disappear, but you still have your
local copies so nothing is lost.

furthermore, cloud services normally give ample warning that they're
shutting down, giving you ample opportunity to download anything you
uploaded, so in the event you foolishly don't have any other copies
anywhere (which is your own fault, not theirs), you can still download
everything before the shutdown, still avoiding total loss.

not only that, but google or apple won't to be shutting down anytime
soon.
