Show your source of the words actually defined by reliable sources that make my claim wrong. After all, the statement of the Halting problem from one of your favorite sources is: In computability theory, the halting problem is the problem of determining, from a description of an arbitrary computer program and an input, whether the program will finish running, or continue to run forever. If that isn't talking about the direct execution of the program, what is it talking about? That you don't like that definition, is your problem, and just shows you don't like that some rules just make your ideas wrong.
