nope. high sierra was never going to be the last one to run 32 bit apps.

nope. apple hasn't moved anything nor will they be changing anything.

mojave is the last version of macos that will natively run 32 bit apps.
period.

one option is to run an earlier version of macos in a virtual machine
and run 32 bit apps that way.

you're contradicting yourself. 

first you said high sierra would be the last, now you say 'with
compromise'.
