Remailer latency is variable dependent upon the path, unless I
specifically set the latency period in the headers. Thus, the amount
of time it takes a post to reach Usenet can vary randomly if no header
is set, or can be varied based upon that header. I've used that fact
to good effect in the past to send all my posts, go to sleep, and
those posts trickled out to Usenet at staged intervals, keeping the
kooks frothing all night long.

This has been explained prior, I suggest you go back and review that
explanation.
