Correct.

SwiftForth is not particularly strong on error reporting.

In Gforth 0.7 you get:

7 dup 0= IF drop ELSE process THEN   
:1: Interpreting a compile-only word
7 dup 0= >>>IF<<< drop ELSE process THEN
