I have seen many, and read some, books on software
design and the philosophy of programming, but they
all were rooted in OOP, e.g.

  1. Clean code, by Robert C. Martin,
  2. Object Thinking by David West,
  3. Refactoring by Martin Fowler,
  4. Code Complete by Steve McConnell,
  5. and anytning about "patterns", as if they were
      impossible in produral languages.

Where are books that answer the same questions from
within the realm of classical procedural program-
ming?
