"The Missing Item" by Asimov is my first Black Widowers short story. It appears in "Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine," Winter 1977. Some of the stories appear in anthology(s) and others appear in magazines. If that's what you're talking about. "The Missing Item" is great little mystery. Readers can see if they're smart enough to solve the mystery before the reveal. Note. 1. http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pe.cgi?9353 -- Don Kuenz KB7RPU
