Certainly Cook runs & controls the business side, and keeps the board content, but it is Ive and his design philosophy who drives the look and feel of hardware and software that is currently being presented to us. So when it comes to design, it is Ive who is in charge. It is Ive who has delivered the iPod, iPhone, iPad, iMac, OSX, iOS, all the companion software, and now the Apple Watch.
