I guess you could try something like this, no idea how well it really
works. Not only is it probably impossible to amass a really comprehensive
list of IP addresses for a specific country, there's nothing to stop
someone in one of those countries from coming in through a proxy located
elsewhere:

 http://infodepot.wikia.com/wiki/Asiablock
