The Conference on Design and Architectures for Signal and Image Processing -
DASIP conference invites you to organize a Special Session on emerging
topics, a topic of future interest or very specific point of view related to
design, design methodologies, and design automation for signal and image
processing. The topic should be presented from an angle that does not
overlap content from the conference mains topics.
DASIP Special Sessions are a central part of the conference technical
program and are included in the conference program and time schedule. The
Special Session Organizer is responsible for developing the agenda,
selecting, inviting and confirming the speakers, and communication.
The Special Session submission form is streamlined this year, requiring an
overall abstract for the special session plus a title. Note that the
organizer/submitter of the special session may also be a speaker for the
session.
DASIP addresses the development of complex applications involving signal,
image and control processing based on a new approach called
Algorithm-Architecture-Matching, which aims to leverage the design flow by a
simultaneous study of both algorithmic and architectural issues, taking into
account multiple design constraints, as well as algorithm and architecture
optimizations.
