There's really no reason to have that -- sorting an array of integers is
something that comes up very seldom in any context other than freshman
programming classes.  If you're sorting something it's almost surely
going to be some sort of struct with a key field, so the general tool
provided by qsort() is the right thing to have in the library.

Also, of course, if you really want to sort integers the comparison
function you need to provide is a one-liner anyway.
