It's simple. Land there is cheap because it might be covered with lava 
at any time. But those people just buy the cheap land and if the lava 
comes they just go on TV" blubbering about how they lost "everything" 
and demand that all the working people of the world need to support 
their "right" to have new home provided for them. You know, Bert, the 
way you work it in California. I would think that freeloaders would be 
the ONE think you would understand!
