how much free space do you have? 

the updates don't need much (maybe a gig or so, tops), unless you're
talking about the anniversary update, which came out nearly six months
ago and would have been installed already. 

as i said early on and as others have suggested, you can always use a
usb stick to do the update. why do you keep ignoring what people tell
you?
