One of the things people in Montana like to do is dig holes and pull out all 
manner of things from mother earth. As such, there is a tradition of eating 
pasties. I was surprised that they like to serve it with gravy because how does
one get gravy deep in the bowels of the earth? I'm probably one of the few persons
on this rock that makes pasties. They're great for a quick lunch but I never 
thought of putting some gravy on it. I have eaten them with ketchup though. That's
about as far as I'm willing to go.
