Confirmed.  Using the key defined in the `accesskey' attribute value moves 
the input focus to the control, though.  You should report that as a bug if 
not reported already.

However, what I meant was that the LABEL elements do not *trigger* the 
control, which they could if the markup was Valid.  This is not limited to 
Chromium or Chrome.

It is also on the user and the savvy developer who, observing a flaw, do not 
report it or submit a patch for it, respectively (see [0]).  After all, 
improvement of open-source software, and free software in particular, 
depends on individual initiative.  Chromium, on which the Chromium Browser 
and Google Chrome are based, is released under a variety of open-source 
licenses [1].  The Google-authored part of Chromium is released under the 
Modified BSD License [2], a permissive, GPL-compatible free software license 
[3].
