Fractals explains space as being gradations of materials rather than material underpinned by wishes and beggars’ horses, like Odd and company believes. In those smaller gradations are necessarily the smaller forms of EMR, which DO travel faster than our EMR.
The NEXT SMALLER version of EMR- that which causes much of our gravity- travels at about 9 times Lightspeed.
