The question was about why an anonymous function was defined and called 
immediately when only the function body could have been executed.  While 
both “this” being “undefined” and “arguments.callee” have to do with strict 
mode (the first one applies then, and the second one is forbidden), the 
question has nothing to do with “arguments.callee”.
