in case to setup smtproutes

:mailrelay.example.com;port|user|passwd

qmail-remote (at least for s/qmail) delivers all messages to that
mailrelay in one (authenticated) SMTP transaction irrespectively of the
recipient domain: SMTP pipelining with one message (body) transmission
only.

No, QMQ is not involved here; just plain qmail-remote + qmail-rspawn.
