The "C-clocks" are coordinate clocks in the stationary system (SS).
The speed of light is isotropic c in the SS.
Clock A and B are at the ends of a rod with length rAB.
The rod is moving with the speed v relative to the SS.
The C-clocks co-located with A and B always show the same,
A and B are synchronous in the stationary frame.

All the times and distances are measured in the SS.
But tA and tA' are times shown by clock A
while tB is shown by clock B.
tA, tA' and tB are "pure numbers" independent of
frames of reference.
(tB - tA) > (tA'- tB)
So far everything is correct according to both
Newtonian Mechanics with Galilean Relativity and SR.
Now we consider the rest frame of clock A and B.

According to SR the speed of light is c in this frame.
SR predicts that the transit times between A and B are
equal in both directions.
Note that (tA'- tB)+(tB - tA) = (tA' - tA)
Transit time T = (tA'- tA)/2.
To be in synch, tB should show T.
However, tB shows T + F where F is a positive offset.
T = tB-F
(T - tA) = (tA' - T)
(tB - F - tA) = (tA' - tB + F)
F = tB - (tA' - tA)/2
Clock B is F ahead of clock A.
So clock A and clock B are not in sync.

The transit times are equal as predicted by SR.
