Looks like Ben Tzion Macales somehow used the Copernicus Data Space
Ecosystem to create and publish that time-lapse result. So first off,
why would he freely publish it on the internet? And if he did so as an
advocate for free information, like a true scientist (if he is a
scientist), then why Israelis haven't prevented him from publishing
stuff like that?
OTOH, what if the whole thing is fake, and this Macales guy just works
for Mossad, trying to fool the yahoos into bombing places in Iran, on
the side of what he does for his own interests :)

Damn these are a lot of questions. Unfortunately he communicates in
Hebrew and one has to have them translated. In X it is easy but in
desktop telegram I don't think it is automatic. One would have to
manually translate the texts. He has a telegram channel too.
I thought just a bit more about how the tunnels were discovered. How
about using heat? Wouldn't the tunnels be warmer during winter times and
colder during summer time? :) Bingo! It would affect the surface heat a
tiny bit, and heat is easily detectable by satellite. I think this
Macales guy has used satellite data that measure temperatures and has
compiled them into the time laps clip.
It this is the case, then lowering the plants deeper will remove that
heat signature on the surface.
