Arday was found unresponsive at his home
in Battersea on 14 August 2026, and was
pronounced dead at the scene, aged 41.
Mr Cofnas, who claims he advocates for
“race realism”, is currently a postdoctoral
researcher at Ghent University’s department
of philosophy and moral sciences, according
to his website.
On 20 August 2026, Cofnas was suspended
from Ghent University.
