There is maturity, and there is functionality. When I talk of them I 
don't confuse them with each other and hope you don't either. They're

So, Japan has had the functionality but not the maturity.

Russians, only recently, and I mean in the past 5 years, obtained both 
maturity and functionality in large enough quantity to overcome the 
barrier I was talking about above. It is only 5 years or less that they 
have realized (or rather discovered) that they are better than their 
"West." Their comprehensive advances past the West began just 5 years ago.

That's why even today I'm sometimes tempted to call Russians "teens".

As I had touched upon it in the past, I think the reason behind this 
teen thing has to do with consumption of alcohol right before and during 
puberty years. Alcohol is known to arrest a few of the important mental 
developments that takes place during puberty.

Putin alone is not enough for me to call all Russians mature. Stalin is 
not enough for me. Stalin wasn't even Russian, he was Iranian. He got 
his maturity from that background.

I've read some of Dostoevsky's works of course. I found him sharp and 
somewhat talented, but bugged down in functionality limits by alcohol. 
He showed interest to investigate great questions that he had for all 
his life in his mind, by placing them in front of readers, in a way to 
ask them for help in understanding such stuff.

But as I was reading him, I'd see that I could see the solutions to 
several of his lingering questions while he had not been able to find them.

So even Dostoevsky, as concerned and thinking as he was, is not enough 
for me to call Russians mature.

China!

I think even China is still a "teen." .. In fact I'm sure of that.

India? India's maturity is at the level of worms. Worms are mature, mind 
you, never forget that, but functionally they are worm compared to 
Iranians. A worm is confident that it is Iranians who are confused and 
immature, not them worms. But when you place a worm beside Netanyahu, 
they both will begin clapping and jumping up and down in total _glee_.

That's a worm. That's India. That's as far as Indians are concerned.

Beyond worms, for Indians, it doesn't even slightly matter that it is 
USA, or Israel, or Iran, or any other nation that they can trade food 
and energy and stuff. Stuff that worms need. And I think for this reason 
alone, Iran will in the future overtake the place that India has in 
BRICS. Because concerns of BRICS nation go beyond what worms need. You 
can find them in Russians, you can find them in China, you can find them 
in Iran and Brazil and .. but you can't find them in Indians. 
Functionality of Indians are limited to that of worms. A huge number of 
worms.

You may say, hey! Indians have placed modules on the surface of the 
Moon! I'd say, that is in fact the proof that Indians have not yet 
overcome the barrier I mentioned above. If they had, they wouldn't feel 
the urge to place something on the Moon. But they did it, which shows 
they're still viewing themselves as a nation behind the West and 
struggling to catch up.

Back to China.

It is simple to see. As long as you think you can peacefully coexist 
with "the west" you are still a teen. You're not there yet, no matter 
how powerful you are and how large you are and how your economy compares 
to that of other nations. End of the story.

Russia is today less of a teen because they have found out it is 
impossible to peacefully coexist with the West.

China is still weighing it! They're teens.

Indians don't even know what you're talking about. They're worms.

And Iran found that out more than 110 years back!

This is what I'm trying to say.
