Yes, ISPs are changing to ICPs - connection-only. You have to move your
website to an independent hoster; I think most of such provide email
facilities (though I suppose _that_ may change in future?). I'm with
Krystal, and was previously with tsoHost.

I used to dream of the day when linux was as stable as windows. Never
did I imagine that parity would be achieved by windows declining into
the chaos that engulfs and stifles linux.
