Iran's "military" conducted successful penetration operations into North
Iraq (Soleymaniyeh and Erbil), destroyed some enemy terrorist training
infrastructures, took some hostages, and returned to Iran without a
single casualties.

The report says "military" did it. This may be a mistake by the
reporter, cause as far as I know this kind of stuff on Iran's western
borders are usually done by Saberin forces, not the military. The former
are highly skilled and able bodied special operations groups that the
Militia trains only for the western borders because these are themselves
from those areas and know every feature of the terrains involved.
Saberin is part of Militia's ground force now. They're sometimes called
"Takavaran" meaning individuals who are capable of carrying out missions
all by themselves. One-man missions. But there are other Takavar forces
too, and Saberin are just one example of them.

The real war, full scale, was only between Feb 28 and Apr 8th. Hence the
"39-day war." The rest were mostly skirmishes. Iran delivered a huge
amount of damage on the enemy and its allies and took possession of
strait of Hormoz to prepare for a long war. There are of course side
benefits to it too. But it was mainly captured to bring USA to its knees
after the economy shock hits Americans' pockets.
I'm saying this because more and more I see analysts talking about a "5
month war". No, it was only 39 days and Iran won the war.
US, indirectly, messaged Iran's foreign ministry with a "proposal" for
Hormoz now that the parliament is studying about 10 proposals given by
Iranians themselves.
Iran, indirectly, messaged back that she will not discuss Hormoz until
the war is fully over and all other clauses in the MoU minus the nuclear
one, are met. A long, long road :)
