[snip[ On my Mac I sometimes use, for want of a better term, the "brute force" deal of simply recording everything (video and audio) going to my screen and can then play with the resulting file. Note there are plenty of options as the quality of the recording, i.e., one frame/second up to 60.. The program I use is "screenflik" (might be "screenflic"?).
