When I put my hint (HTML text size) into DDG I get a page full with both CSS 
as well as HTML tag related results.

-- the top one being https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_font_size.asp a bit 
lower down https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_font.asp .

Mind you, I took the above search terms from your own post ...

Start with wrapping the whole line in a pair of H2 tags.  Do NOT use P tags, 
as those break the sentence into multiple lines (strong suggestion: try it 
with P tags anyway and see for yourself).

Than use sian's second example (the one using SPAN pairs) for what you now 
have in parenthesis
