So you think that Bell's spaceship paradox prove that
two comoving objects can have different acceleration!

Which foot did you hit this time? :-D

"Bell's spaceship paradox" is that if two initially
  co-moving spaceships with a distance between them
  begin accelerating at the same acceleration, then the
  distance between them increases, a string between them
  will break and they are no more co-moving.


The difference between NM and SR is:

NM:
Co-moving bodies can not have different accelerations,
so if they are accelerating at different rate they are
no more co-moving.

SR:
Co-moving bodies with a distance between them can
not be accelerating, because if they are accelerating
the distance between them will increase and they are
no more co-moving.

So your claim that two co-moving objects can have
different accelerations is equally wrong according NM
as according to SR.
