Agree the tcpreset admin is incognito, almost certainly on purpose.
Even the web site has an anonymous registration identity.

Yet, did we ever know who the admin of Netfront was?

Not sure if we even knew of any public-facing admins of neodome, tulanet, 
wieslauf, news4all either but I haven't checked in a long while.

For Usenet, what are we afraid of if the admin turns out to be a TLA?
