Neither are universities.  The nearest thing to a 'national suicide 
institution' are the online sewers that you frequent and whose 
misinformation you swallow hook line and sinker.  Almost everything that 
you ever post here originated from Russian disinformation sources being 
repeated other people as stupid as you.

Which is exactly how Universities in undemocratic states like Russia are 
controlled, in a true democracy no-one of any sense wants the government
