Have a look at Three's Mobile broadband offering....

Bear in mind that as they have merged with Vodafone and they now have 
mast sharing arrangements, even if three coverage is poor, you should be 
able to access a Vodafone mast if vodafone coverage is good.

Also they offer an external antenna - router combo so you put the whole 
thing on a pole facing a Three/Voda masty and run some ethernet cable 
down into teh house.

Contract runs for 2 years minimum.

EE do this if Voda & Three coverage is poor but it is more expensive.
